Overview

CCM502 Hornet is InstruTech’s cold cathode inverted magnetron ionization vacuum gauge module with a built-in controller. The pressure measurement range of the CCM502 is 7.60E-10 to 7.60E-03 Torr.

CCM502 is available with various fittings including NW25KF, NW40KF and 2 3/4 in. Conflat.

Compatible Controller
AGC302 Single Channel Active Gauge Controller

CCM502 does not require a controller to operate. It provides an analog output signal that can be directly interfaced with user’s control system. You may consider using the AGC302 controller for panel or rack mount display installation and/or when setpoint relays and serial communications is required.
