B-RAX™ 3000 Series Three Channel Gauge Controller
Overview
The B-RAX 3000 series are InstruTech’s generation of three channel vacuum gauge controllers capable of operating one ionization gauge (IG) and two convection enhanced pirani gauges (CG). Standard features include three analog outputs, six setpoint relays, remote Digital I/O, RS232 and RS485 serial communications.
B-RAX 3500 is capable of operating one InstruTech CC606 or CC605 cold cathode inverted magnetron ionization gauge and two InstruTech CVG101 convection vacuum gauge sensors, providing pressure measurement range from 7.50E-11 to 1,000 Torr.
B-RAX 3400 is capable of operating one InstruTech BA601 nude UHV EB-degas Bayard-Alpert hot cathode ionization or one InstruTech’s BA600 hot cathode Mini ionization gauge and two InstruTech CVG101 convection vacuum gauge sensors, providing pressure measurement range from 2.00E-11 to 1,000 Torr.
B-RAX 3300 is capable of operating one InstruTech BA602 nude or one BA603 glass enclosed hot cathode I2R ionization gauge and two InstruTech CVG101 convection vacuum gauges, providing pressure measurement range from 4.00E-10 to 1,000 Torr.
B-RAX 3200 is capable of operating one InstruTech IGM400 hot cathode cathode ionization gauge module and two InstruTech CVG101 convection vacuum gauge sensors, providing pressure measurement range from 1.00E-09 to 1,000 Torr.
